There is a 50 metre long strip of flowering flax beneath the deck, a Tui Mecca. The property has recently been purchased by an overseas couple. The quality chattels are all new and they've spared no expense. Furniture, white goods, beds, TV, outdoor furniture, the BBQ, right down to the crisp sheets and bath linen, it's all brand new. Garaging for 3 cars/boats, two end to end in the long garage and for larger groups, the air conditioned apartment downstairs sleeps 2 in their own private space. The quality new beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 and the apartment are dual-purpose. They can be set either as long singles or made up with a thick topper to create super king size double beds.
